Dr. Levine has spent his career enhancing older adult care, especially for Alzheimer’s and dementia patients. He collaborated with The Everett Clinic and Polyclinic teams to create the Optum Memory Health Support Program. This included developing guidelines for early dementia detection in primary care, securing national funding, and building data systems for population health and individual dementia management.

Dr. Chun has used his extensive experience as a Neurologist to enhance care for patients and families with Alzheimer’s or dementia. In collaboration with Dr. Levine, he helped create the Optum Memory Health Support Program to increase awareness of these conditions among primary care providers, provide more tools to diagnose and treat patients, and bring in dedicated medical social workers focused on the needs of patients and families.
