Frequently Asked Questions
You can also choose when you receive notifications and whether they’re sent for each task or all at once. Open the To Do activity, select More at the bottom, and then Manage To Do Reminders.
- To change how you receive notifications, in the How Often section, choose When My Tasks Are Due for notification each day — or Only Once Daily to receive one notification for all tasks.
- To change when you receive notifications, select Manage Reminder Schedule to set reminders for morning, midday, evening, bedtime, and end-of-day tasks
