How do I view my care plan?
After logging into MyChart, click Menu and To Do to see your tasks. Your care plan may include medications, education, questionnaires, health tracking, and general tasks.

How do I see changes to my care plan?
Your care plan may adjust based on task completion or your responses. When this happens, you’ll be notified on the Changes tab of the To Do.
How can I view completed tasks?
Select the Progress tab for the To Do activity. From there, you can view completed tasks and your percentage of completion. Use the buttons at the top to view your progress for the last 7, 30, or 90 days.
How do I adjust my notifications?
First, ensure you receive MyChart notifications in your device settings. Click on Notifications and check that Allow Notifications is green. Indicate how you would like your notifications delivered, including the lock screen, notification center, banners, sounds, and badges.
You can also choose when you receive notifications and whether they’re sent for each task or all at once. Open the To Do activity, select More at the bottom, and then Manage To Do Reminders.

- To change how you receive notifications, in the How Often section, choose When My Tasks Are Due for notification each day — or Only Once Daily to receive one notification for all tasks.
