Select the green checkmark or the red X to mark whether you’ve taken medications. If you’ve taken all your medications for the day, select Mark # Taken at the bottom.
Select the task, which may include reading materials or videos. After completing the task, select I Understand or Ask a Question to message your care team.
Open the task, answer all the questions, and select Submit when you’re done.
Select the task, go to Track My Health, and then select Add Reading to enter your information — such as your weight or blood pressure. If you connect MyChart to your Fitbit or Apple Health account, readings may be automatically recorded.
After finishing a task, like exercising for 30 minutes, mark it complete by selecting the green checkmark or the red X if you didn’t.
